Sam's boosts electronics services

BENTONVILLE, Ark. Sam's Club announced that it is now offering free technical support for a broad range of consumer electronics, as well as delivery and installation packages to its members for purchase.

Sam's said it has been testing the electronics service program over the past year in order to better meet the needs of its members. The retailer said that it also will allow for 90-day returns, effective Nov. 9, on electronic products.

The home delivery service starts at $50 and basic installation packages start at $89, with fees varying by package and market. The free tech support service is available to all members regardless of whether or not they purchase their electronics at Sam's Club.
