Saks opening new OFF 5TH prototype in Orlando

NEW YORK Saks is opening a new "luxury in a loft environment" Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH store in Orlando, Fla. this April.

Saks announced today that the new OFF 5TH store located in the Prime Outlets International Center was designed to highlight the merchandise and create an easy shopping environment. The store replaces and existing store located in the same mall.

Other features of the store include a consistent hard-surface floor throughout the store and interchangeable hardware. There will be no hard aisles in the store.

Robert Wallstrom, president of OFF 5TH, noted, “We are very excited about the opening of our first prototype store in Orlando. A lot of thought and care went into the design of this store, and it will be the perfect venue to showcase our wonderful merchandise selections. Over time, we believe there is meaningful new store growth opportunity for OFF 5TH, and we look forward to expanding this new format into other markets in the future.”
