Rockler improves store workflow with Reflexis

Medina, Minn. - Rockler Woodworking and Hardware has improved store workflow by implementing the ReflexisPlus and StoreWalk for ReflexisPlus task management and retail store auditing solutions. Rockler, which provides woodworking and do-it-yourself supplies, tools, and media implemented the Reflexis store execution and compliance solutions in three weeks in its 29 stores located across the U.S.



ReflexisPlus provides a preconfigured “system that supports retailers’ organizational structure, projects, and tasks. The cloud-based ReflexisPlus solution is for companies with 150 or fewer stores.



“RelexisPlus had exactly what we were looking for to improve store workflow throughout the week, and streamline communications from the home office to stores,” said Dana Busch, VP of retail operations. “Through the tool, we’ve been able to eliminate multiple emails, set clear priorities for the stores, and assign projects and tasks directly to the staff responsible with specific requirements for completion.
