Rite Aid February Comps Increase 1%

Camp Hill, Pa., Rite Aid Corp. posted a same-store sales increase of 0.6% for the five weeks ended Feb. 26. Pharmacy same-store sales increased 0.3%, while front-end same store sales were up 1%. Total drug store sales for the five-week period increased 0.1% to $1.630 billion, compared to $1.629 billion for the same period last year.
