To simplify retailers’ IT environments while helping them deliver the commerce anywhere experience consumers expect, Oracle unveiled enhancements to its retail portfolio with the launch of Oracle Retail Release14.1. This release builds on Oracle’s strategy for the combination of Oracle and MICROS, as well as its retail offerings in the cloud.
“Oracle is committed to supporting our retail customers, who need to be operationally fit and efficient to continue to adapt in a rapidly evolving market place, manage ever-changing customer expectations and increase revenue,” said Mike Webster, senior VP and general manager, Oracle Retail. “In extending the functionality of our retail suite, we continue to strengthen our retail-specific offering and support retailers in the provision of commerce anywhere.”
