Retailers making Miracle Mile moves

5/2/2016

There is a lot of tenant activity going on at the Miracle Miles Shops in Las Vegas with several notable retailers expanding, renovating and growing new concepts.

H&M and Victoria’s Secret are two retailers making moves at The Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, a Tristar Capital and RFR Holding development. H&M opened at Miracle Mile in 2007 and this fall will open an enlarged store, which measures 15,000 sq. ft., twice the size of the original. Also getting bigger is Victoria’s Secret. L Brands remodeled its Victoria’s Secret store earlier this year, tripling the size to 20,000 sq. ft.

Miracle Mile, aptly named because its 200 shops are located along a 1.2 mile circular promenade, is also seeing moves from other tenants, including:

·Hot N Juicy Crawfish will open this fall in a 3,000-sq.-ft. space focused on serving authentic Cajun-style seafood.

·Nacho Daddy, scheduled to open in late summer, serving nachos (of course) margaritas, something called the “Scorpion Shot,” and Mexican food.

·Drybar will open a 3,000 square foot location in summer 2016 offering an interesting beauty concept which features a salon with 20 chairs, a disc jockey booth, bar, photo booth and an event manager to host and plan in-store parties.

·Also recently opened is a 3,500-sq.-ft. Welcome to Las Vegas souvenir shop.
