Report: Wal-Mart may set up back-office in India

MUMBAI According to reports citing unconfirmed source, Wal-Mart is looking to set up a back-office center in Bangalore, India.

The center will reportedly serve Wal-Mart's multiple functions around the world. Wal-Mart, which has connections to outsourcers such as Infosys, is said to not be planning to build a center on its own. The company reportedly will solidify plans for a back-office only after the U.S. presidential election.
