CVS' reported bid to acquire health insurance giant Aetna is a really "smart way" for the drugstore chain to compete with Amazon.
That's according to Wall Street analyst Kevin Caliendo, who in a note to clients said he believes a CVS-Aetna deal "easily" grow CVS earnings 10 percent annually down the road, "given no hiccups in pharmacy benefit management during integration or lost share to Amazon," reported
