RedPrairie launches Workload Planner component
Milwaukee-based RedPrairie introduced Workload Planner, a new component within its Unified Workforce Management solution. The application allows users to analyze and manage workloads by task and store, based on individual labor standards.
Workload Planner allows a company’s workload-planning group to optimize the return on labor for each store by calculating the effort required to complete each project. What-if scenario analysis is combined with project timing, content, priorities and phasing. Results enable users to phase and prioritize projects over time, and compare demand for labor to capacity by store and by week.
