Real American Brands buys Project Runway winner company

LOS ANGELES, Calif. Real American Brands has announced that it has acquired today Apocalypse Clothing Co., of which Jeffrey Sebelia, the winner of Bravo-TV's 2006 "Project Runway" series, is the lead designer.

According to ceo, Doug Newton, "RLAB has purchased 100% of Apocalypse's assets, its US and international sales history, showroom, factory, personnel and design team based in Los Angeles."

Under the agreement, RLAB will own Sebelia's Costra Nostra label, asw well as the trademark 'Born & Bred in the USA', and a stable of domain names and marks, including Lasso, Lariat, Riata and Cabrio.
