Ramos joins Agilence from Pathmark

CAMDEN, N.J. Pedro Ramos, former assistant vp for loss prevention at Pathmark Stores, has joined Agilence, a provider of Intelligent Video Auditing Solutions (IVAS), as director of retail solutions, the company announced today

Ramos will have responsibility for managing Agilence’s retail solutions focused on reducing cashier fraud and improving asset management for America’s retailers.

“After two decades in retail, I’m looking forward to leveraging my experience to deliver the most effective solutions to fight POS Fraud. I am excited about the opportunity to help companies improve their bottom line by sharply reducing front-end losses with Agilence’s unique approach,” stated Ramos.

While at Pathmark, Ramos managed the loss prevention and reverse logistics programs for 141 retail stores. He led the effort to re-organize Pathmark’s loss prevention program by utilizing Agilence’s automated solutions to centralize exception reporting and video auditing functions.
