Ralphs opens Fresh Fare concept store

IRVINE, Calif. Ralphs today opened a new concept store, called “Fresh Fare,” in Irvine, Calif. The company said this supermarket is designed for customers with discerning taste and will feature gourmet products and exotic produce. The store’s offerings include a variety of ready-to-eat items, such as sushi, soups and sandwiches, as well as a bakery and a wine cellar.

Shoppers at the Fresh Fare store will also find a full-service Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf mini-cafe, full-service pharmacy and Ralphs Optimum Wellness Center, which offers natural supplements and health and beauty items, homeopathic and Eastern medicines, books, apparel and accessories.
