RadioShack Slapped With Securities Suit

Bala Cynwyd, Pa., Law firm Brodsky & Smith announced Tuesday that a securities class-action lawsuit has been filed against RadioShack Corp. on behalf of shareholders who purchased the company’s stock between Jan. 13, 2003, and June 7, 2006.

The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, alleges that RadioShack violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market, thereby artificially inflating the price of RadioShack.
