RadioShack seeks new controller

FORT WORTH, Texas According to a filing with the SEC Wednesday, David Johnson will no longer serve as senior vp, corporate controller of RadioShack, effective July 31.

RadioShack reported that Martin Moad will serve as vp, corporate controller, effective August 1, until a replacement is found for Johnson. Moad has served as vp, treasurer of the company since March 2000.
