RadioShack hires new executives

FORT WORTH, Texas RadioShack has hired two executives to fill posts vacated following the arrival of chief executive Julian Day, according to a report in a North Texas newspaper.

According to the Star-Telegram, Bob Donohoo, who previously served as general counsel to EFJ Inc., a wireless-communications technologies marketing firm, has been hired as vp and general counsel and Michael Carter has been named vp of operations. Carter most recently served as divisional vp at the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co.
