Pure Digital debuts ‘MemoryPlay DVD’ service

SAN FRANCISCO Pure Digital debuted a new service for retailers that allows consumers to process their video and still pictures on to a DVD disc. For $12.99, customers can drop off their memory card or CD containing digital pictures and video and have them transferred to a DVD in what Pure Digital calls the “next generation of one-hour photo service.”

The new MemoryPlay DVD service is now available at more than 9,500 retailers including Longs Drug, CVS and Duane Reade.
