Publix Expands Deli Concept

Lakeland, Fla., Publix will be testing an expansion of its culinary prepared foods program, the Publix Deli, at The Publix at Lake Mary Collection in Lakeland, Fla., set to open on April 12.

"Our expansion into the culinary world enhances our customer's experience in the deli by providing additional options of freshly prepared family favorites and the latest in culinary trends, while delivering our level of customer service and our passion for flavor at an affordable price," said Maria Brous, director of media and community relations.
