Promotions at Christopher & Banks

Minneapolis, Christopher & Banks Corp. promoted Kim Decker to senior VP of store operations. Prior to the promotion, Decker was VP and director of stores for the company’s C.J. Banks division. She will replace Ralph Neal, who had previously announced plans to retire at the end of April. The company also announced that Cindy Boden joined the company as VP and director of Stores—C.J. Banks. She joins the company from Hot Topic.
