Levittown Town Center is an exciting ground-up development located at the intersection of Route 13 and Levittown Parkway, in Levittown, Pa. This new regional shopping center will be anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter, The Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less and Famous Footwear.
There are more than 150,000 people within a five-mile radius of the center and the average household income is $77,821. Levittown Town Center benefits from a traffic count of 33,000 vehicles per day, and more than 20,000 households in Levittown alone. Several retail opportunities remain, ranging in size from 1,600 sq. ft. to 7,500 sq. ft. and consisting of inline and outparcel or partial outparcel positions.
Regency originally closed on the acquisition of 36.9 acres of land for the shopping center in May 2007, with plans for the 317,572-sq.-ft. shopping center to include co-anchors Staples, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress for Less and Michaels, all of which are now open for business. Other retailers in the shopping center will include Wink Optometry, The Athlete’s Foot, Bubbles, Escape Salon & Day Spa, Bertucci’s Restaurant, Suntrust Bank and Middleburg Bank along with a wide variety of additional retailers, restaurants and service businesses.
“Wegmans’ iconic clock tower will be the central landmark at the shopping center and will complement the brick and stone architectural elements and lighting features,” said Don Stedham, VP of investments for Regency. “We are pleased that the construction of Shops at Stone-wall is coming to a close and that more than 1,000 jobs were fostered for local design and construction professionals who built the center.”
