Private label, retail apparel brands distributor names new CEO
TREVOSE, Pa. — Broder Bros., a leading distributor of trade, private label and retail apparel brands and merchandise, has appointed Norman Hullinger as its new CEO.
Hullinger has been with the company for the last decade, most recently as its COO.
Broder Bros. offers more than 40 brands, including a broad selection trade brands from Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom and Bella + Canvas to an extensive assortment of retail brands, including Adidas Golf, Ashworth, Champion, Russell Athletic, alternative and Dickies. Broder also offers industry-leading private label brands including Devon & Jones, Chestnut Hill and Harriton.
"Broder is the industry leader and Norm's appointment as CEO is a recognition of the value he brings to the organization. With this permanent appointment, we will have the consistency of leadership and skills required to accelerate the company's turnaround," said David Simon, a member of Broder's board of directors and a managing director of Littlejohn, Broder's largest shareholder. "We expect to add resources in the coming months so that Broder can better serve its customers and vendor partners as we grow the company both organically and through acquisitions."
