PriceSmart July sales up 21.3%

San Diego PriceSmart said Friday that July 2010 sales rose 21.3% to $121 million. There were 27 warehouse clubs in operation at the end of July 2010 and 26 warehouse clubs in operation at the end of July 2009.

Same-store sales increased 16%.

PriceSmart operates 27 warehouse clubs in Central America and the Caribbean.
