PriceSmart Buys Property in Panama, Costa Rica

San Diego Warehouse-club operator PriceSmart Inc. said Tuesday it bought properties in Panama and Costa Rice and plans to build new warehouse clubs in each country. PriceSmart bought property in Panama City, Panama, and Alajuela, Costa Rica, to construct new PriceSmart warehouse clubs.

PriceSmart expects the warehouse club in Panama to open next fall and the warehouse club in Costa Rica, its fifth in the country, to open in the spring.
