Plans for dELIA*s Spin-off

New York City, Alloy Inc. filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a spin-off of its preteen/teen specialty apparel unit, Delia*s. Alloy did not release any more information regarding the proposed spin-off company.
