Upscale kitchen, bath and outdoor appliance retailer Pirch has opened its largest location to date, a three-floor, 32,000-sq.-ft. flagship in an historic, former ironworks building in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.

Shoppers can test drive all the merchandise diplayed in the carefully curated store, which boasts more than 30 interactive home vignettes. They can see how water flows from the faucets on display — and even try out the showerheads (there are 40 in all). Everything can be turned on, including the stoves. A vignette called Connected Loft showcases cutting-edge technology from Innit within the interactive setting of a loft apartment.

But that’s not all. Shoppers can also book a private steam shower in the store’s Sanctuary home spa space. They can also participate in complimentary on-site cooking classes. There are two on-site live demo kitchens, one set up as an indoor kitchen and the other as an outdoor one.
