Petco opens new DC to keep pace with expansion
Petco is expanding its store portfolio and distribution center network.
In keeping with its 2016 growth plan, which includes 27 new store openings year-to-date, Petco will open a new distribution center on May 11, 2016, in Reno, Nevada.

Petco’s Unleashed format is a smaller-store concept that dog training areas, adoption centers, a large made-in-the-USA assortment and natural and organic dog and cat food. The newly expanded, full-format Petco store will continue to offer a wide selection of private label offerings as well as branded products sold only at Petco.
Petco operates more than 1,430 Petco locations across the U.S., Mexico and Puerto Rico, including more than 115 Unleashed by Petco locations, a smaller format neighborhood shop.
