Parker to head Kroger's KwiK Shop division

CINCINNATI Kroger has named Jeff Parker president of its Kwik Shop convenience store division. Parker will oversee 131 Kwik Shop stores in Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa.

Parker previously served as senior vp of operations for Kwik Shop and was the corporate controller for Kroger's convenience stores, Turkey Hill Dairy, and Supermarket Petroleum operations before joining Kwik Shop.

"Jeff brings extensive experience to his new position and we look forward to his significant contributions as we focus on making it even easier for customers to enjoy the benefits of shopping our convenience stores," said Van Tarver, vp of Kroger's convenience store division.
