PacSun names interim cfo

ANAHEIM, Calif. Pacific Sunwear of California today announced that Michael Henry, vp and controller, has been appointed interim cfo of the company.

Henry replaces Gerald Chaney, who has resigned as the company's senior vp, cfo and secretary.

Sally Frame Kasaks, ceo of the company, stated, ``I am grateful to Gerry Chaney for his services to PacSun over the last three years, and wish him the best. I look forward to working with Mike Henry, who has served the company for more than seven years.''
