Pacific Sunwear rejects Adrenalina bid

ANAHEIM, Calif. Pacific Sunwear of California announced that its board of directors has determined not accept the unsolicited proposal received from Adrenalina, a retail-entertainment company currently operating three stores in Florida.

Adrenalina had offered to buy Pacific Sunwear of California for $293 million.
