Organic Alliance names Crellin to advisory board

SAN ANTONIO, Texas Organic Alliance announced that Chef Stephen Crellin has joined the company's advisory board.

Chef Crellin graduated from the College of Crafts and Catering in 1975. He then did his apprenticeship in Switzerland. After his apprenticeship he came back to Liverpool where he enjoyed seven years of private service as chef to members of Britain's Royal Family, cooking for Royalty and peerage from around the world.    

"We are thrilled to have such an esteemed chef like Stephen Crellin on our advisory Board," said Tom Morrison, ceo of Organic Alliance. "He brings a great deal of food knowledge and understanding of the importance of organics to our board."
