Oracle Buys ProfitLogic

Redwood City, Calif., Oracle, which acquired Retek earlier this year, has added to its retail technology portfolio once again with an agreement to acquire Cambridge, Mass.-based pricing solutions provider ProfitLogic. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
