Omnichannel talent added at Integer Group
The retail and shopper marketing firm Integer Group, an Omnicom company, made three key hires to bolster its efforts in the omnichannel world.
Integer said it filled three positions within its Retail Arts Lab which it described as a physical and virtual space where the retail environment is being transformed by intersecting shopper behavior and emerging technologies.
The three new hires include Laura Davis-Taylor, who was named SVP, Omnichannel Experience, Rebecca Walt, who was named vp and director of retail strategy and In Lee, who was hired as vp of creative technology.
Davis-Taylor joins Integer from BBDO where she spearheaded ShopWork, the company’s North American shopper marketing expertise and worked with retailers and packaged goods clients such as AT&T, Best Buy, Foot Locker, Toyota, BP, Coke, L'Oreal/Lancome, Lowe's, ExxonMobil, Office Depot, Russell Athletic and Unilever. She also wrote the book, Lighting Up the Aisle: Principles and Practices for In-Store Digital Media
Integer’s new vp and director of retail strategy Walt previously worked at Harris Corporation as the director of business development, digital retailing and strategic accounts. She will be focused on planning, activating and measuring of digital experiences in retail environments to drive engagement and transaction.
In Lee, vp of creative technology will lead a team of interaction designers and developers in the Retail Arts Lab in testing and prototyping emerging digital experiences to meet the needs of today's connected shopper. Prior to joining Integer, he was co-founder and chief creative officer of Allure Fusion Media (AFM), which specialized in creating digital retail signage network solutions for advertising, point of sale and promotional marketing.
"The addition of these three very talented and forward-thinking team members adds significant value to our company and to the core of our Retail Arts Lab," said Ellen Cook, president of Integer Dallas. "The lab is where we see just how far we can push technology while exploring the art of branding and the science of selling as well as a place where we come together with our clients to create the future of retail."
