Office Depot opens printing DC in Denver

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. Office Depot today announced the grand opening of its 5,000 square-foot Print Distribution Center in Denver, Colo.

The new print center is the company's 10th in its national network of secure, closed-door Print Distribution Centers supporting contract and retail customers in both retail locations and online. It is fully integrated with Office Depots delivery network and is capable of rapidly producing orders submitted online at www.officedepot.com or bsd.officedepot.com and in more than 1,200 retail locations through the Office Depot Design, Print & Ship Depot.

Denver is an important market for Office Depot, and this new facility provides the resources needed to support this growing region, said Randy Pianin, senior vp of the Office Depot Design, Print & Ship Depot. The new Print Distribution Center helps Office Depot more effectively serve our expanding customer base in the Rocky Mountain region through the rapid fulfillment of just-in-time print orders. The Print Distribution Centers are integrated with our supply chain and transportation network, enabling contract, Internet and retail customers to order high quality print jobs along with their everyday supply orders. 

According to Office Depot, the center serves eight states in the region, including New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska and can handle up to one million orders annually.
