NRF urges retailers to contact senators to oppose Employee Free Choice Act

New York City U.S. Senators may vote shortly on whether to consider a new version of S. 560, the "Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), which would effectively eliminate secret ballot elections.

The National Retail Federation, which opposes the legislation, has launched a new campaign to make it easy for retailers to tell their senators to oppose the act.
