nGage Labs steps up engagement solutions with new hire
nGage Labs, a leading provider of in-store shopper engagement solutions for retailers, has appointed Kelly Gibson as the company’s director of retail engagement solutions.

Most recently, Kelly worked in the digital analytics space using big data to power predictive analytics for retailers and our investments in developing real-time decision-making to dynamically produce the next best offer is a natural evolution of her career."
In her new role, Gibson will be responsible for evolving and executing on the company's aggressive plans to individually personalize all aspects of the shopping experience.

Gibson joins nGage Labs from Anametrix, an analytics solution company focused on multichannel marketing, where she directed sales. Gibson has also held sales and business development leadership roles in diverse solution and analytics companies, including CalmSea, QuinStreet and Marathon Data Systems.
Gibson is a graduate of Santa Clara University and is deeply involved in a number of charitable organizations in the Denver, Colo., area including the Greater Parker Foundation Board and PACE Center.
