Newell Rubbermaid hires P&G executive
Joe Arcuri, vice president and general manager of Procter & Gamble's North American beauty business, has been hired as president of home solutions for Newell Rubbermaid. He'll start the new job on Dec. 1.

Arcuri, who has more than 25 years of experience at P&G, will be responsible for the brands Rubbermaid, Calphalon, Goody, Levolor and the recently acquired Contigo, Avex and Bubba businesses at Newell Rubbermaid.
Arcuri worked in global product development, marketing and management on brands such as Vicks, Olay, Gillette, Old Spice, Secret and Ivory. He previously was P&G vice president of global personal cleansing and VP of family care for Western Europe.
