New York & Co.'s CFO Departs
New York City New York & Co. announced that its CFO and president Ron Ristau has left the company to pursue other opportunities.
Sheamus Toal, presently the company’s chief accounting officer has been named CFO.
The company is not planning to replace the position of president.
Ristau was executive VP of operations and administration at New York & Co. between 1998 and 2002. He was named COO in 2002 and became CFO in 2004, adding the president title in 2007.
Earlier this month, New York & Co. slashed its third-quarter earnings forecast amid a weak economic environment.
