New York & Company reports management changes

NEW YORK New York & Company announced that Ron Ristau, president and cfo, has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Sheamus Toal, presently the company’s chief accounting officer has been named cfo. The company is not planning to replace the position of president.

“I want to thank Ron for his years of service and contributions and wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Richard Crystal, chairman and ceo.
