New York & Co. selects inventory management solution
New York City New York & Co. is deploying the Sterling Always in Stock solution from Sterling Commerce as part of the retailer's efforts to achieve seamless cross-channel operations.
The new solution combines advanced cross-channel order management with seamless integration capabilities. The retailer plans to leverage the software to improve the customer experience and optimize inventory efficiency.

The company will implement Sterling Always in Stock in an initial 100-store pilot. By integrating Sterling Always in Stock with its point-of-sale systems, New York & Co. will be able to support advanced cross-channel fulfillment by allowing ship to home, for goods not available at the store in a seamless purchasing experience.
