New tenants announced at mixed-use center near Las Vegas Strip

Henderson, Nev. -- Vestar recently completed a $120 million buyout from its joint venture partner, Rockwood Capital, to take full ownership and operations including property management, leasing and marketing of The District at Green Valley Ranch, a 37-acre, 384,107-sq.-ft. mixed-use center in Henderson, Nevada.



Vestar also announced two new tenants at the center: Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works. The retailers join a national line-up of retail and restaurants including Anthropologie, REI, Pottery Barn, West Elm, White House | Black Market, Williams-Sonoma, Whole Foods P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and The Cheesecake Factory.



“Over the last several years, Vestar has made a significant investment in The District at Green Valley Ranch and is pleased that we are attracting new, high-profile retailer brands to further enhance the customer experience and draw to this prime retail destination,” said R. Patrick McGinley, SCSM, president - Management Services at Vestar.



The property is located within Green Valley community in the Black Mountain foothills just 10 miles southeast of the Las Vegas Strip.
