New Suit Filed Against Wal-Mart
San Francisco, Three former employees of Wal-Mart Stores have filed a lawsuit in a Northern California court alleging the retailer manipulated their time cards to cut their pay, according to a report published Thursday from Bay City News Service.
The suit, filed in Alameda County Superior Court, seeks class-action status for about 215,000 current or former employees who have worked at Wal-Mart or Sam’s Club stores in California since 1997.
