New Express ceo resigns from PacSun board

Pacific Sunwear announced in an SEC filing that on Aug. 2, Michael Weiss resigned from the company's board of directors. According to the filing, Weiss’ resignation was due to his recent acceptance of the position of ceo of Express and not as a result of any disagreement with the company.
