New chef named to Macy's Culinary Council
NEW YORK --Marc Forgione is the latest chef to join Macy's Culinary Council, the company announced. According to Macy's, the council is "a team of talented anddistinguished chefs who serve to inspire the way Macy's customers shop,cook and eat at home.
Forgione, who was recently crowned season threewinner of Food Network's TheNext Iron Chef, will kick-offhis new position on Macy's Culinary Council with an in-store cookingdemonstration at Macy's Chicago on State Street on March 8 atnoon.
Macy's Culinary Council launched in 2003 and consists of notaable chefs who hostcookingdemonstrations in Macy's stores and offer their culinary tips andexpertise to cooking enthusiasts nationwide through marketing, in-storedisplays and online content.

council that includes such celebrated men and women in the cooking
