Burlington, N.J., Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation added Alan G. Silverglat to its board of directors. Silverglat will also join the audit committee. Most recently, he was senior VP - finance and CFO of Pulitzer Inc., a newspaper publishing company.
