Navarre nominates Iverson to board

MINNEAPOLIS Navarre, a publisher and distributor of physical and digital home, entertainment and multimedia software products, announced that Kathleen Iverson has been nominated to stand for election to its board of directors. Iverson will stand for election by the shareholders of the company at Navarre's next annual shareholders' meeting, scheduled for Sept. 11.

Since January 2003, Iverson has been the president and ceo of CyberOptics Corporation, a manufacturer of optical process control sensors and measurement inspection systems used in the electronics assembly equipment and semiconductor industry.
