Nautica to Launch Online Store

New York City To compete with other specialty retailers, Nautica announced Tuesday that it will launch an e-commerce site, www.nautica.com, to sell direct to consumers in the United States. The site will offer sportswear apparel and accessories for men, women and kids. The site, which launched Tuesday, coincides with the company's 25th anniversary year. Nautica sells through U.S. retailers, in-store shops, direct retail and outlet stores. Nautica will promote the new site starting with its May 2008 catalogs.
