MyShape names new president

GLENDALE, Calif. MyShape announced that Mercedes De Luca, a former Yahoo! executive, has been promoted to president and founding CEO Louise Wannier has been named executive chairman of the board.

As president, De Luca’s current responsibilities as CIO and customer experience officer will be expanded to include leading all day-to-day operations of the company.

Most recently, De Luca served as VP and chief information executive of Yahoo! Inc. responsible for infrastructure, applications, strategy, architecture and the PMO.
