MSLO names merchandising evp

NEW YORK Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia announced that the company has named Patsy Pollack the evp of merchandising. In this newly created position, she will be responsible for overseeing the Martha Stewart Collection exclusively at Macy's and Martha Stewart Everyday at Kmart as well as MSLO's portfolio of home decorating programs.

Pollack joins MSLO from Donna Karan Home, where she has served as ceo since 1999, overseeing the development, launch and expansion of the collection. Prior to that, she served as president of Calvin Klein Home for which she directed the launch in 1995.

"I have been a great admirer of Martha Stewart and the brand for years," said Pollack. "Home decorating is both a personal passion of mine and an engaging business opportunity. I look forward to working with Robin and her incredible team to build on the brand's success and maximize its potential."
