More weirdness at Walmart

An “extremely unusual circumstance,” is how police described the situation that unfolded this week in a Walmart parking lot where a Chicago couple was arrested after several of their children were discovered bound and blindfolded.



Last week it was a tale of a woman caught making a single batch of methamphetamine inside her purse inside a Walmart that forced the evacuation of a store. Now this? As noted last week, given the high volume of people that pass through Walmart stores each week, the law of large numbers dictates that Walmart will experience more than its share of unusual activity, just as it accounts for a large share of U.S. sales.
