Moen promotes two executives
NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio Two of Moen's executives have been promoted to new positions within the company. Mike Bauer has been named vp and general manager of Moen’s retail business unit and Todd Teter has been appointed as vp and general manager of Moen’s wholesale business unit. Effective immediately, the announcement was made by David Lingafelter, Moen’s president of worldwide businesses.
In his new role, Bauer will be responsible for the strategic vision for Moen’s relationship with national retail partners including The Home Depot, Lowe’s and Menard’s. He most recently served as Moen’s senior director of wholesale marketing, where he led the development and execution of the wholesale business unit’s product, brand and channel strategies, including new product development, brand management, pricing strategy, lifecycle management, target/channel marketing, merchandising and communications. Prior to this role, Bauer was the senior director of marketing at Creative Specialties International, a division of Moen. He has been with the company since 1997, when he joined Moen as its corporate controller.
