Mobley to retire from DuPont

WILMINGTON, Del. Stacey Mobley, DuPont senior vp, general counsel and chief administrative officer, has elected to retire. Succeeding him as senior vp and general counsel, effective July 1, will be Thomas Sager, who is currently vp and assistant general counsel.

Mobley was named senior vp in 1992 and has served as general counsel and chief administrative officer since 1999. He joined DuPont in 1972 as an attorney and has held leadership positions in DuPont legal, government affairs and external affairs throughout his career.
